It's comforting to know that I have all these items available to me in one convenient case if an emergency should arise. Hopefully I won't have the need to use them!
I was looking for a compact emergency kit for my car. I like how things are easy to put in and take out of the bag. You get a good assortment of tools for emergencies.I like how much is included in this set - though I'm a little particular about tow straps so I may switch that out.
I had one of these in my previous vehicle and glad I finally replaced it for my other vehicle. Came in handy recently and helped someone needing assistance. Fits wells spare tire well storage area. Kit contents are neatly packed and was able to remove my first aid kit since this has one included.
It's all complete, it's good.
This is a good starter bag for any roadside emergency. Jumper cables are adequate for most cars or light trucks. Flashlight with ready to install batteries. Poncho is a good one-time use emergency type. Tow strap is the cheapest I've ever owned, but will work for flat towing in an emergency. The "first aide" is lacking the most. Its just one gauze, adhesive band-aides, basic pamplet and antiseptic wipes. The gloves are kind of a joke, but could be useful if changing a tire. With all that said, it would be hard to piece this kit together for the price. The jumper cables and tow strap cost more than this kit. The bag is bright and makes it easy to keep the contents organized and together. I added some more first-aid stuff, as well as a tire plug kit for road trips. I'm not sure how well the 365 day roadside service will work, but I have AAA if i get to that point. I recommend for the value.
